All As One All As One has an orphanage and other child welfare programs in Freetown, Sierra Leone. The organization also assists families with adoption for some of the children in All As One's care.
All As One, Inc. (AAO) In July 1997, All As One, Inc. (AAO) was created as a direct response to the critical dilemma of African children orphaned by AIDS, civil wars, poverty and other hardships. The United Nations estimates that there will be nine million AIDS orphans in Africa by the year 2000 and another nine million orphans due to wars and civil conflicts within African nations. This means the continent of Africa is a land with eighteen million orphans!
