Central Arkansas Library System The Central Arkansas Library System is a Public Corporation formed by Interlocal Agreement among six central Arkansas cities and counties for the purpose of constructing, operating, and maintaining public libraries, and providing library services for the citizens of central Arkansas.
Fort Smith Public Library The Miller Branch Library is located across from the Fianna Hills post office. The Miller Branch serves Fort Smith residents who live and work on the south side of town.
