  • Corvallis Youth Symphony
    The Corvallis Youth Symphony was founded in 1982 by Charles Creighton, orchestra director in the Corvallis School District. The symphony began with 44 students from Corvallis. It currently serves 77 musicians from 10 regional schools. CYS members are usually aged fourteen to nineteen. There are members from all over the Willamette Valley. The orchestra is directed by Charles Creighton and supported by the Corvallis Youth Symphony Association. Located in Oregon.

  • Eugene Symphony

  • Grande Ronde Youth Orchestra
    The orchestra, now in its fourth season, was started because there are no orchestra programs in the public schools in the area. Membership is open to school-aged youngsters in Union, Wallowa, and Baker counties who play an orchestral instrument. Located in Oregon.

  • Metropolitan Youth Symphony
    The Metropolitan Youth Symphony is a non-profit youth musical group consisting of seven different performing groups totaling approximately 480 young musicians from five to twenty-two years old. MYS musicians come from all over the Portland/Vancouver metropolitan area. The MYS concert season consists of three main performances in the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall in downtown Portland, Oregon, USA.

  • Oregon Symphony Orchestra
    As it enters its 103rd season, the Oregon Symphony ranks as one of America's major orchestras and as one of the largest arts organizations in the Northwest.   • Portland Youth Philharmonic
    The over 260 student musicians who make up the Philharmonic Orchestra, the Conservatory Orchestra, and the Young String Ensemble are selected in open auditions each season and seated solely according to ability. They range in age from 8 to 22 and come from communities across the region, sometimes as far away as Corvallis, Astoria, Hood River, and Longview, Washington. Located in Oregon.
