  • Vermont Symphony Orchestra
    About half the musicians in the Vermont Symphony Orchestra are from Vermont. The others come from all over northern New England. The VSO is the oldest state-supported orchestra in the United States and is currently celebrating its 65th anniversary.

  • Vermont Youth Orchestra
    The Vermont Youth Orchestra, conducted by Troy Peters, consists of 90 to 95 of Vermont's most advanced young musicians. Participants range in age from middle school through high school. The VYO rehearses weekly on Sunday afternoons in Burlington, and offers three performances each season at the Flynn Theatre.
