Camp Heartland Camp Heartland gives children living with HIV or AIDS a much-needed break from that frustration. It's a safe haven. A place where kids living with AIDS can just be kids. It's the world's largest camping and outreach program for kids affected by HIV or AIDS. Camp Heartland is a short trip north of Minneapolis/St. Paul in Willow River, Minnesota. With acres and acres of clear lakes, cozy cabins and tall trees, it's a dream come true for any would-be camper.
Minnesota - Camp Courage Camp Courage includes sessions for kids ages 7 and older and adults who are physically disabled or nondevelopmentally delayed; sessions for kids ages 7-13 who have communication disorders; and sessions for kids with cancer, asthma or sickle cell anemia.
Parent Advocacy Coalition for Educational Rights PACER is a nonprofit that helps parents and families of children with disabilities. We have 25 programs assisting individuals with and without disabilities.
