    The Downstate Mothers of Multiples is a non-profit organization participating with the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Club. We became members of Nationals in November 2000. We provide compassion, encouragement, moral support, information about multiples to the Downstate area of Delaware including the following cities: Smyrna, Dover, Milford, Lewis, Georgetown and Seaford.

    First State Mothers of Multiples (FSMOM) is an organization comprised of Parents and Guardians of Multiples, whose purpose is to broaden the understanding of those aspects of child development relating specifically to multiples.
