  Children with Dubowitz syndrome are shy, loving, unassuming, and kind. However, extreme hyperactivity and tantrums are frequently mentioned by parents and in the medical literature.

  Dubowitz syndrome is a malformation syndrome defined by prenatal and postnatal growth retardation, microcephaly, and a characteristic facial appearance.
